Annual Assessment

• Homework, projects, classwork, and exhibitions carry marks/grades for promotion.
• Leave requests during Unit Tests are not accepted.
• Exams will not be rescheduled under normal circumstances.
• Students taking UL/ML during exams may not receive rank.
• School authority decisions regarding promotion are final.

Transfer Certificate (T.C.)

Transfer Certificate will be issued by the Principal after one month of submitting a written application along with ₹500 processing fee.

Withdrawal Notice

• No withdrawal accepted before session end.
• Full term fees may be applicable.
• School may request withdrawal due to pending dues.

Attendance & Discipline

• Minimum 75% attendance is required.
• Irregular or undisciplined students may not be re-admitted.
• Re-admission requires Principal approval.

Scholarships

Scholarships are awarded to deserving and outstanding students based on merit.

Awards & Recognition

Students are rewarded for excellence in academics, sports, and extracurricular activities.

Progress Report

• Evaluation based on monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & final exams.
• Grading system is followed instead of marks.
• Promotion decisions are final.

Holidays

Summer Break: Mid May – June
Winter Break: Mid December – Mid January
