Library rules and guidelines for students
📚 Book Issue Rules
- Only one book will be issued at a time.
- Books are issued for a period of 7 days.
- Late return will be charged ₹2 per day.
⚠️ Damage & Loss Policy
- Lost or damaged books must be compensated.
- Student must pay 3× cost of the book.
- Additional fine of ₹10 will be charged.
📖 Book Care Instructions
- Check for damage before issuing the book.
- Tearing, writing, folding pages is considered damage.
- Report any existing damage immediately.
📄 Clearance Rules
- Library clearance slip is mandatory before exams.
- All books must be returned before annual exams.
